I've heard this story three times now and every time about gag. I am glad we grew up having to try everything, but still glad we didn't grow up in Ireland eating black pudding...even the name is disgusting!

I looked this up because I couldn't imagine how it could taste good! Must be the fillers that gave it the flavor. Ugh! I guess it doesn't kill you - at least night right away! :-)

"Black pudding, blood pudding or blood sausage is a type of sausage made by cooking blood or dried blood with a filler until it is thick enough to congeal when cooled. The dish exists in various cultures from Asia to Europe. Pig, cattle, sheep, duck and goat blood can be used depending on different countries.

In Europe, typical fillers include meat, fat, suet, bread, sweet potato,[citation needed] onion, chestnuts, barley, and oatmeal."

From Wikipedia, btw.

Also, Tami, where are the rest of the 30 day vlog challenge videos? I don't want them to stop!
