Ireland: Days 3

Day 3 took us to Dingle, but not without stopping to snap pictures along the way...

"The Happy Hooker"...Oh, you Irish humor! The sign on the right made Leslie and I laugh at the beginning of our trip, and by the end, we really appreciated the warning!
Leslie and I both love photography...it was great for me, 'cause I never had to convince Leslie to stop for a picture!
Randomly throughout the entire week, we'd suddenly exclaim, "We're in Ireland!! Can you believe it?!" I still hardly can.

Their signs always just made me laugh...
Leslie found some treasures in a used bookstore we wondered into...

We made it a point to drive along the coast...as it was definitely the prettiest!

And then, there were the Cliffs of Moher...probably one of the most recognizable landscapes of Ireland! They were breathtaking!!
Shooting back standing on the cliffs...
Me and my traveling buddy, Leisle Diesle!
Nothing like stating the obvious! I was way more scared than Leslie was!
Getting close to Dingle.

 Arriving in Dingle.
This was our favorite part of Ireland!!
Leslie and I at John Benny's Pub where she had Guiness Stew and I had Seafood chowder (the first of MANY bowls of seafood chowder throughout Ireland for me!!).
I like to make my friends feel awkward by taking pictures of them during dinner!
Sorry about the darkness of these pictures, but trust me, it WAS dark in there!! Just a red light and a fireplace for lighting! It was grand...truly.  They played guitar and bagpipe and flutes...it was all Irish folks songs.  One of the best memories from the trip!
