Sae Han + Summer {Wedding}

I think Sae Han + Summer's wedding goes on record as being the wedding that I've cried the most at...from seeing her in her dress, to the wedding ceremony, all the way to the video at the reception [Created by HWu Studios who did a FABULOUS job!!].  It was such an amazing day filled with so much love, laughter, and genuine emotion.  I kept having those moments where I'd catch myself thinking, "I am so lucky to be the one documenting this day".  It was an honor to be a small part and I walked away feeling inspired by the love of family, friends, and Sae Han + Summer...

Summer comes from a family of all sisters...so of course, there's a special place in my heart for that friendship they share.
I loved this moment...Summer's dad in a back bedroom working on his speech...

 One of my favorite moments of the day is when the bride walks out in her dress for the first time...

...and my second favorite is when the Dad sees her and melts...

I canNOT tell you how much I LOVE it when my couples do a "first look"...there is something so incredibly special about that moment...
 Have I mentioned how much I love these two?!

And I'm sorry, but seriously, can we take a moment for this bouquet?!?! I was SWOONING over her flowers!!!  I wanted to do a photoshoot all their own!! Ugh, seriously...the ladies at Floral Designs, Ltd. absolutely de-livered when it came to the florals!!!
 I LOVE a bride who takes the time to Instagram on her wedding day!! :) Girl after my own heart.
 Summer, you're beautiful. Simple as that.

There was not a dry eye in the building...I literally had to self talk myself to pull it together 'cause crying and photographing don't go well together.  This was an incredibly touching moment...
 And let me also say that these chalkboards created by Design by Laura Jean were show-stoppers. They were such a great touch to the day and soooo incredibly cute!!

A special thanks to Modern Mindy for being the event coordinator that was such a key role in having the day come together so beautifully and smoothly.  I know a lot of work goes into the day and you did amazing.

 So, I have to talk about the cake...no, let me restate that...the cakeS.  There was not one, two, three...no, there were many MANY cakes...I'm guessing over 40 cakes.  These beautiful naked cakes were brought out and served family style to all the guests...it was one of the neatest things I've seen and was such a unique way of making everyone feel pampered and special.  I also heard that the cake itself was to die for!!! My one regret of the day was not tasting a piece. :)

 Everyone loves a good candy table!

A personal thanks to Kristi Lee for being such a great second shooter with me...you were so fun to shoot and laugh with!! :)

What a fantastic day!! I loved it so much and still find myself thinking over the emotion of the day...it was true beauty in every sense of the word.
