Love in Action

Matt and Rebekah did me a huge favor and let me take pictures of them in my quest to build a portfolio of couples. Lets just say that I was getting so frustrated with myself as I couldn't seem to get the shot I wanted. But, much to my suprise, when I uploaded the pictures, there were some real gems...not because of the composition of the picture, but because of expressions as they looked at eachother. I wasn't struck by the fact that I had caught a rare moment...it was the opposite. I sat and looked at the way Rebekah still lights up when she looks at Matt. I love the way Matt gets an almost ornery look when he looks at Rebekah...and I was glad that it was caught on film. Matt and Rebekah are a demonstration of love in action, and I think that's why these pictures struck me in a very sweet spot of my heart. I kept thinking how lucky their kids are to have parents that love eachother so much. Here are just a few from the evening:













I think Matt looks like a stud in this picture and little Josh trying to be just like his dad in every way he knows how.
