So, maybe not "prettiest" but "most chaotic" would be the better word choice! But I thought I'd post a couple snapshots of my office space.   





Just in case you were wondering, No, I don't work for NASA.  So, why 3 computers?...you may ask.  Well, let me introduce you to my boys!


The computer on the left is my old computer, "Jack" which is serving as a glorified ipod at present.  However, it's like an old friend to me as it was my first Mac and I simply can't part with him...but will me moving him off my desk.


The one in the middle is my newest baby "Big Ben"...I named him this 'cause if I was a boy, my parents were going to name me Ben.  I was always glad that I wasn't named Ben simply because I have no doubt my nickname would have been "Big Ben".  I'm convinced. So, in honor of what could have been...he's been christened "Big Ben".


And the laptop on the right is "Winston". He's been my ol' faithful, but poor thing was getting overworked and tired...hence the addition of Big Ben.


FYI - I always name inanimate objects. Just ask my family...'fraid I've done it my entire life.  In fact, I just assumed everyone did...until I learned that they don't.





I also thought it only appropriate to give an update for how things are going after leaving State Farm.  Well, I just have to tell you, if you were one of them that commented on my blog, I CANNOT tell you how much it meant to me.  I read and re-read your encouragement and advice and soaked it up like a sponge.  I LOVED every comment!!! Thank you!!! I have moments of fright, but they're just moments now...not days, or even minutes.  I don't know how else to say it but that God has been extremely sweet and kind to me.  He keeps assuring me through scripture not to worry...so I haven't been.  It's been a good break to be off 3rd shift (will post more on that later)!
