Isaac and Whitney {Wedding}

It was a bittersweet day, as most weddings of family are for me.  My little cousin, Whitney got married this past weekend at the Mackinaw Vinyard. When I saw her walking down the isle with her dad, I had a flashback to the little girl with the mushroom haircut showing me how she could do the splits.

To say that Whitney was an exquisite bride would be understating the truth. Just like the groom, Isaac, we were all in tears.  You may recognize Isaac and Whitney from the engagement shoot I did for them last fall.  They're not only my dear cousins but have been a key to the success of my business.

We had decided a while back that I wouldn't be their wedding photographer as I wanted to enjoy their wedding as family and not a vendor.  However, they hired a very talented photographer, Katie Zeller, so for the official pictures, check out her blog at katiezeller.blogspot.com.  Katie and I decided that I would take the bouquet toss pictures as she wouldn't be able to be around for that part of the evening!

Isaac and Whit...your wedding was perfection.  I am so excited to see how your lifestory looks in these coming years.  I love you both and can't wait to spend many more hours together! Remember, if you need a painter for your new house, you know who to call

If "love is in the details", this wedding had a LOT of love!
A lot of pink and lights!
Isaac and one of his friends during the dollar dance!
This is Whitney during the dollar dance with the pastor who married her and Isaac.
Rachel and Morgan (Huber cousins) enjoying a dance with the bride and groom!
Kaits...performing her Maid of Honor duties during the dollar dance!
Whitney and her father-in-law!
Whitney had such a fun and energetic group of bridesmaids! Also notice all the pretty pink dresses...they each picked out their own dress for the wedding...very cute!
The bouquet toss!
If you know Whitney's sister, Kaitlin, you know that this is "sooo her"! I love that crazy girl!
Beautiful. Absolutely.
