Brian + Sarah {Engagement}

It was a horse-drawn-carriage kind of night.  The kind of night where the guy tells his girl he loves her and goes out of his way to do it right.  That's exactly what Brian did when asking Sarah to be his...he got the location, the carriage, the ring, and he ended up getting the girl. :)

It only seemed fitting that we went back to the David Davis Mansion where Brian + Sarah got engaged and I was melting at how the architecture acted as such the perfect frame for them.

I just have to mention that I thought Brian and Sarah dressing up was the perfect outfit for the location!!! Isn't it amazing?! I always LOOOOVE it when my girls wear a fun dress and shoes as one of the outfits, and so there was some definite swoonage happening when I saw Sarah's little black dress!!! Ahh! Love.
Sooo pretty!

This may be one of my favorites from the day...

So, when they asked if they could bring their dog, Cash, along to be a part, I was SO EXCITED!!! I love it when couples think of such fun ways to personalize their shoots and he added such a fun element to the shoot!!!

Oh my goodness...the building. The tree.  Ugh!!! I couldn't get enough of this location! I could actually see a wedding happen right here...wouldn't that be amazing?!

They let me take them to Uptown Normal for part of the shoot...
We headed to Emack & Bolio's for some ice cream...

Thank goodness for Cash, they serve ice cream treats for dogs! I'd have hated for him to miss out on the fun! :)

Thanks for humoring me and being such great sports!!

 This shot was actually Brian's idea 'cause he loves the green rolling fields...I'd have to agree!!!
Brian + Sarah...
Just a couple more months!!! Can you believe it?! I'm so excited to see how your day all comes together and to be a part of your day!!!  Thank you a million times over for letting me capture your day and for driving all around Bloomington with me!!

See ya in a couple months. :)
